For our prospective pupils at AFMS, the enrolment stages are listed below:

1. Purchase an application form

2. Submit application form with the following documents:
    I. 2 recent Passport Photographs (not more than 6 months old)
    II. Photocopy of Candidate’s Birth Certificate or Passport Data Page
    III. The last/most recent Academic Report Card from your child’s current school
    IV. Applicant’s Character Testimonial from current school
    V. Parents living outside Lagos must provide the name and contact details of a Guardian living in Lagos and Come for entrance examination on the stated date

3 Prospective parents should please ask the school receptionist for other procedures that MUST be followed.
